A semi-annual scientific journal (June-December) issued since 2006 by the Center of Basra and Arab Gulf Studies. It publishes researches electronically and in paper in Arabic and English. The magazine is concerned with the fields of literature, languages, humanities, economic sciences, law and political science, and is available to read and download free of charge. It is worth to mention that a special issue fir legal studies is issued by the newsltter semi-annually and at the same time.
