الوعي بالذات وعلاقته بدافعية الإنجاز لدى طالبات كلية التربية للبنات

الملخص
يهدف البحث إلى التعرف على:
1- الوعي بالذات لدى طالبات كلية التربية للبنات .
2- دافعية الإنجاز لدى طالبات كلية التربية للبنات .
3-التعرف على العلاقة بين الوعي بالذات دافعية الانجاز لدى طالبات كلية التربية للبنات.
بلغت عينة البحث الحالي (100) طالبة في كلية التربية للبنات للدراسة المسائية جامعة البصرة، إذ استخدمت الباحثتان منهج البحث الوصفي، وقد استخدمت برنامج التحليل الإحصائي، وتوصلت نتائج البحث إلى:
إنّ عينة البحث تمتلكُ وعيًا مرتفعًا بالذاتِ، فضلًا عن أنّ دافعية الإنجاز كبيرة، كما يوجد علاقة ارتباطية دالة بين متغير الوعي بالذات، ومتغير دافعية الإنجاز لدى طالبات كلية التربية للبنات.
