التنظيم القانوني للناقل في المركبات ذاتية القيادة

الملخص
تستهدف هذه الدراسة البحث في موضوع شغل الفكر القانوني المعاصر، وهو مسؤولية والتزامات الناقل في المركبات ذاتية القيادة، ومحاولة إيجاد التنظيم القانوني المناسب له، وبحث سُبل توفير الحماية لكل من الناقل والراكب، خصوصًا في ظل غياب تنظيم قانوني له في التشريع العراقي. وتحاول الدراسة إيجاد تنظيم لمسؤولية والتزامات الناقل في البيئة العراقية، وتوفير الحماية للناقل والراكب من خلال إقرار وسائل لدفع المسؤولية. وقد خلصت الدراسة إلى ضرورة توفير نصوص قانونية تُحدِّد مفهوم المركبات ذاتية القيادة والتزامات كل من الناقل والراكب.
