التحديات التشريعية وأثرها في فاعلية المشاريع الصغيرة لتحقيق التنمية المستدامة

الملخص
تؤدّي التشريعات دورًا أساسيًا في تمويل المشاريع الصغيرة، حيث توفّر إطارًا قانونيًا منظّمًا وداعمًا للمشاريع الصغيرة والمتوسطة، من خلال سنّ القوانين لتنظيم وحماية المشاريع الصغيرة، ممّا يؤدّي بطبيعة الحال إلى تشجيع الابتكار والتوسّع. كما تساعد التشريعات في تسهيل الوصول إلى التمويل وتقديم الدعم اللازم للمشاريع الصغيرة.
وممّا لا شكّ فيه أنّ القطاع المصرفي يُعَدّ من أهمّ القطاعات في الدولة، حيث يؤدّي دورًا مهمًا في النشاط الاقتصادي من خلال توفير السيولة النقدية اللازمة لتمويل هذه المشاريع، كما يُعَدّ إحدى المؤسّسات المؤثّرة في السياسة المالية والنقدية، وبالذات في مجال الائتمان الداخلي والخارجي، لما يؤديه من دور الوساطة بين المقرضين والمستثمرين. وهذا بدوره يعمل على تعزيز الاقتصاد الوطني وتحقيق الرفاهية من خلال تقليل حالات الفقر والقضاء على البطالة، ممّا يُسهم في تحقيق التنمية المستدامة.
