خصوصية استعمال تقنيات الذكاء الاصطناعي في العمليات المصرفية

الملخص
يُعَدّ استعمال تقنيات الذكاء الاصطناعي في العمليات المصرفية من أنواع مؤشرات التطور التكنولوجي المتسارع في الوقت الحالي، الذي ألقى بظلاله على القطاع المصرفي، شأنه في ذلك شأن بقية مفاصل الحياة الأخرى.
إلا إن هذا الاستعمال لا يخلو من بعض الأضرار التي قد تصيب عملاء المصرف أو المصرف مالك التقنية، نتيجة استعمالهم هذه التقنيات في معاملاتهم المصرفية. لذا لا بُدّ أن تكون هناك معالجة تشريعية مناسبة تتعاطى مع هذه المستجدات والحداثة التي طرأت على القطاع المصرفي، مع تحديد الجهة المسؤولة عن تعويض الأضرار الناشئة عن استعمال تقنيات الذكاء الاصطناعي وبيان الأساس القانوني لهذه المسؤولية، سواء كانت الأضرار التي قد تصيب عملاء المصرف أو المصرف ذاته نتيجة هذا الاستعمال.
