الملخص
ناقشت هذه الدراسة "الالتزامات المترتبة على أطراف عقد النقل بالمركبات ذاتية القيادة"، حيث أشارت إلى الالتزامات القانونية التي تقع على كل من مشغلي المركبات، الشركات المصنعة، والركاب. تستعرض الدراسة التزامات مشغلي المركبات في ضمان السلامة والصيانة المستمرة للمركبات، مع وجوب تدريبهم وتأهيلهم للتعامل مع الأنظمة الذاتية. كذلك، استعرضت الدراسة التزامات الشركات المصنعة في تصميم المركبات بشكل آمن، وتحديث البرمجيات بشكل دوري لضمان فاعليتها. فيما يخص الركاب، تُبيّن الدراسة التزامهم باتباع التعليمات الخاصة بتشغيل المركبة والإبلاغ عن أي أعطال قد تحدث في أثناء الرحلة.
